Abstract

Extra-adrenal myelolipoma is a very rare type of tumour.
Laparoscopic removal of extra-adrenal myelolipoma has not been
previously reported. We report the first case of laparoscopic excision
of a large extra-adrenal perirenal myelolipoma.
